Shipping & Returns Info


Due to the continued challenges of COVID-19 all small package carriers (FedEx, USPS and UPS) continue to experience sporadic shipping delays nationwide. At this time, none of the carriers are guaranteeing delivery days/times. If you must have a package by a specific day, it is recommended that you ship via FedEx Express services. While these services have proven to be the most effective way to get the shipment to you by the preferred day, FedEx still does not guarantee these shipments.

Shipping Information:

All Denver Area orders from the site will be delivered 3-4 days from date of order unless you call us so we can create something for you for quicker delivery. If you ever want to order a gift with a ship date in the future, please call or email us your order. Thank you.

Shipping occurs Monday through Friday only. No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. All orders placed with 3 Day, 2 Day or Next day air shipping on Saturday and Sunday or by 11:00 AM MST on Monday ship on Monday. Orders placed with 3 Day, 2 Day or Next day air shipping Monday through Friday prior to 11 AM MST ship the same day. Air orders placed after 11:00 AM MST ship the next business day. Ground orders placed before the 1 PM cut off ship within 1-2 business days and are not guaranteed to ship that same day. When a Ground order is placed after the 1 PM cut off the first processing day becomes the next business day. Ground orders placed after the 1 PM cut off will ship within the next two business days. As an example a ground order placed at 7:20 PM on Tuesday night will ship on Wednesday or Thursday. Ground orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday or Tuesday.

We use UPS, FedEx, USPS, and our own drivers for Denver Metro deliveries. No P.O. Boxes please. It is helpful to know if this is a business or a residential address. Some of our gifts ship directly from the manufacturer.

Please check ALL addresses to make sure they are up to date. Any incorrect addresses will have a minimum $18.50 charge for ground shipments and $24.50 for air shipments to re-deliver + any shipping/delivery charges required by our carriers since they will charge us. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given. Mrs. B’s is not responsible for shipping or delivery charges incurred by the carrier when, (1) the customer provided an incorrect or outdated address, (2) the recipient is on vacation or unable/unwilling to accept the gift, or (3) the gift has to be re-routed to another location. There will also be a 20% restocking fee.

You may change the delivery address or delivery date as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. When making changes, please e-mail us at or call us and include your order confirmation number, along with your daytime and evening phone numbers to facilitate the process. Same for a cancellation of an order.

Holiday Shipping:  

December 1, 2021 through January 4th, 2022 Ground orders placed before the 12 pm MST cut off Monday through Friday typically ship within 2-4 business days. There are no guarantees on time frames due to carrier limitations on the quantity of packages they can pick up every day. If an order takes more than 2-4 days to ship you may cancel it anytime prior to shipping. There will not be any discounts offered on orders that take longer than 4 days to be transported out of the facility. Tracking is provided when the order is processed but, will not show movement until UPS actually scans the package. It will take 2-4 days for your order to ship and in the event UPS and FedEx are at full capacity possibly a day longer. As you all know UPS is leaving all packages without a signature. If you want a signature request UPS is charging 5.75 for that.

Holiday Ground Deadline: 

Ground orders placed before 1 PM CST on 12/15/2021 ship prior to Christmas. (Please take into consideration the 2-4 day lead time on ground orders during the month of December.) Ground orders placed after 12 PM MST on 12/17/2021 May not ship prior to the holiday closing.
We will continue to ship any and all orders we possibly can up through Tuesday 12/21/2020. However we can not guarantee an order will ship prior to Christmas when it is placed after the above deadlines.

Holiday Air Shipping Deadline:

The deadline for shipping of an air order prior to Christmas is 12/20/2021 at 11 AM CST All air orders placed after 11 AM CST on 12/20/2021 may not ship until after Christmas.

Hospital and Hotel Deliveries:

Unless you are absolutely certain that the recipient will be at the hospital or hotel when your gift arrives, consider having the gift shipped to recipient’s home or business address. Should you elect to ship to the hospital or hotel address, please be advised we assume no responsibility for the gift becoming lost or misplaced within the facility, failure of staff to deliver the gift to the recipient or gifts arriving after they have checked out/been dismissed.

Fruit Basket Shipping Restrictions:

  • order on Monday or Tuesday – 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day Air shipping are the available options.
  • order on Wednesday – 2 Day or Next Day Air are the available options.
  • order on Thursday – Next Day Air is the only option
  • Any and all fruit basket orders placed on Wednesday or Thursday with anything other than the options listed above will be held until the following Monday for shipping.
  • There is no shipping of fruit on Friday. (We do not offer Saturday delivery on fruit.)


As a reminder, chocolates and perishables need to ship via Next Day Air May – mid-October. If you want to ship these gifts via ground, we are happy to accommodate your request but at your own risk at all times June – October.

We do not pay claims of any kind on these items if they melt, even when shipping via Next Day Air as the carrier will not cover the claim.


Due to state laws, gifts with wine or beer may not be shipped to: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Minnesota, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Dakota, North Dakota and Utah. This gift ships UPS with adult signature. The receiver must be 21 years of age or older and show identification. If you require faster delivery then standard UPS ground, please call us.

Shipping to Canada:

At this time, shipments take one extra day to process. We do not use USPS. However, there will be no claims offered or honored on these shipments due to Customs’ involvement. No loss claims, late delivery refunds, or damage claims honored under any circumstances.

Claims and Return Policy:

We will do our utmost to create and send out perfect gifts but, sadly, sometimes this section is necessary.

If for any reason the recipients or purchaser is unhappy with a gift, it may certainly be returned.

(1) if the gift is simply not wanted, or you are not satisfied, you may ship it back to us at your expense and receive a partial or, in most cases, a full refund less the shipping cost. The refund is based on the gift’s perishability and condition upon being returned. The gift must be unopened and untampered with.

(2) If the gift is damaged or we have made an error, we will call tag (return label) the original gift and either ship a new one or refund the gift in full. However, if we cannot call tag the gift, no refund or credit can be offered. Retrieving the gift is the only way we have of verifying the damages and placing a claim with our carrier.

All damage claims, discrepancies, and late delivery claims must be made within 2 business days of the gift being received. Because of carrier restrictions, there will be NO exceptions to this policy. If the gift is disposed of before we can verify damages or discrepancies, sorry, we will be unable to issue a refund.

If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy, we will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your satisfaction!
